    AT START do it 20 time with 10s break. 4-6 time in day. 3 days work 2 break. and dont forget, when u get 6six pack you must keep training, cuz if you say” oh god, i got sic pack, now i can go do some chicks” damn right, u’re cool, cool dude. but w8, if you dont work more 6-7month you will lose it, if you ripped and eat what you eated, why you doing this?? guys now, when you get ripped dont forget this exercise do always, old or young, just do it.

    The piece that I would recommend that Aord be trained to enter the abdominal muscles training with the club coach is much better than home exercises because everyone liars YouTube

    lol interesting accent aside, this is a really useful vid for me, I started doing the mega-intense ‘pro’ version and screwed my neck up (trapped nerve?) as went too hard too quickly. Now all’s settled going to give this one a go to ease myself into.
